Unit selection across twenty unit types. Newport Residences fits 246 homes into twenty distinct unit types in ten price bands, from a 431 sqft 1-Bedroom to the 12,960 sqft Super Penthouse. Fourteen of those twenty run to fifteen units or fewer, so the type you want may come from a small pool. We can narrow the shortlist against the floor plans and tell you which levels each type actually runs on.
Stack and view orientation. Which stacks face the sea and which face the Central Business District, and why the city-facing outlook on three of them is designated for the upper stack rather than the whole column.
