Six tours are available on this page: the showflat gallery, and five unit types, the 495 sqft 1 Bedroom Type A4, the 710 sqft 2 Bedroom Premium Type BP2, the 1,206 sqft 3 Bedroom Premium Type CP1, the 1,227 sqft 3 Bedroom Premium + Study Type CPS1 and the 2,067 sqft 4 Bedroom Premium Type D1. Four panoramic view studies from Levels 23, 28, 34 and 40 sit further down the page.
The tours are most useful if you know what to look for. The fittings are real and named: V-ZUG induction hob, hood and oven, a Liebherr integrated refrigerator, a Blanco sink and mixer, Duravit basins and Dornbracht mixers with an overhead rainshower at the master bath. Floor finishes are marble to the living and dining with timber skirting and engineered timber to the bedrooms, and there is a Haiku ceiling fan at the living area of every home. Floor-to-floor height is approximately 3.325 metres throughout. The Type D1 tour is the one to open if you want to see the split dry and wet kitchen, the freestanding bath and the appliance tier that no smaller type receives.

Two of these five types are built at the showflat, and three are not. Type BP2 and Type D1 are the two physical show units, so those are the two you can walk in person on Straits Boulevard. The Type A4, Type CP1 and Type CPS1 tours cover layouts that are not built, which makes them the only way to see those three plans at all.
1 Bedroom Type A4, 495 sqft. One of five layouts in the 1 Bedroom band, which runs to 86 units from 431 sqft upward. A4 sits on stack 12 and is one of the three layouts in the band that has a balcony; Types A1 and A2 do not. One bathroom, as every layout in this band has.
2 Bedroom Premium Type BP2, 710 sqft. A built show unit. One of three layouts in a 30-unit band, on stack 02, and the largest single run of any type in the development at 21 units. Two bathrooms, which is what separates the 2 Bedroom Premium band from the plain 2 Bedroom band rather than size: the larger 753 sqft Type B3 has one.
3 Bedroom Premium Type CP1, 1,206 sqft. Not built. The only layout in its band, 15 units on stack 10, with a Store and a separate WC that the 980 sqft 3 Bedroom does not have. The Store here is a plain store, not a Household Shelter.
3 Bedroom Premium + Study Type CPS1, 1,227 sqft. Not built. The only layout in its band, 10 units on stack 03, upper deck only. It carries a study and the separate WC but no store, so it is not simply CP1 with 21 sqft added.
4 Bedroom Premium Type D1, 2,067 sqft. A built show unit, and the one where the specification changes. Three full bathrooms plus a Powder Room and a WC, the only floor plan in the development with a Household Shelter, and the only standard type with a split Dry Kitchen and Wet Kitchen. The appliance tier steps up too: a built-in oven with a separate steamer, an integrated dishwasher, an undercounter wine chiller and a freestanding washer and dryer as two machines.
The specification gap between the BP2 and D1 tours is the single most useful thing on this page, because it is far easier to see than to read. The dishwasher, the wine chiller and the pair of freestanding laundry appliances all appear for the first time at 4 Bedroom Premium. Everything below that, including the 1,227 sqft CPS1 in the tour above, takes a combined washer-dryer in one drum and no dishwasher.
What has no tour. The 1 Bedroom + Study Type AS1, all three 2 Bedroom layouts, both 2 Bedroom Premium + Ensuite Study / Study layouts, the 980 sqft 3 Bedroom Type C1 and the Super Penthouse. Fifteen of the twenty layouts in the development are not covered here, and several are genuinely different plans rather than size variations of the ones that are.
Different Level Panoramic Views from Newport Residences
These four studies show the outlook from a fixed point at four heights: Level 23, the lowest residential floor, Level 28, Level 34 at Club Vista, and Level 40 on the upper deck. They are the closest thing to standing in the tower before it is built, and they answer the one question the show units cannot, because the showflat is off site.
Read them against the skyline as it stands today. On the city side the neighbours are tall, which is why the outlook on stacks 08, 09 and 10 is designated for the upper stack rather than the whole column, and two of those buildings are marked en bloc. On the sea side nothing comparable stands between the tower and the water. Each study is one vantage point rather than a specific unit, so it shows the direction rather than what any one home looks out on. For that, bring a stack number and a level to the sales team.

See the Show Units in Person
Two of the five types above are built, the 710 sqft Type BP2 and the 2,067 sqft Type D1, and a visit settles the three things a screen flattens: scale, material and ceiling height. The 3.05-metre living and dining ceiling in the Type D1 reads as a number on a page and as something else entirely standing under it, and the difference between a combined washer-dryer in one drum and a separate washer and dryer is a thing to open rather than to read about. Marble, engineered timber, a Dornbracht mixer and a V-ZUG oven all reward ten minutes in person.
The panoramic studies above are the page’s weakest asset, because each is one fixed vantage point at one height rather than the outlook from a particular home, and the showflat is on Straits Boulevard rather than at 80 Anson Road, so a visit settles nothing about light, level or outlook either.
